This is the real benefit of joining art groups. They push you to try new things, while I’m still plugging away at jurassic July, the Facebook groups I have joined are busy conjuring up these brilliant challenges and themes. Working on projects

I suck at deadlines. Not just a mild suck, like the squidgy noise you get when walking through thick mud, I mean the kind of suck that a Cretaceous behemoth would make extracting itself from the mire of a stinking tar pit. I love onomatopoeia but I don’t even know where to begin with putting that into a word. Anyway, to my point. I’ve had this project (it is secret, I can’t post it until I gift it), for months.
